The hotel is family run and offers just the right balance between warm, homely friendliness and complete professionalism. There is a delightful, cosy bar where you can enjoy a relaxing drink by the fireplace after a full day's sightseeing or perhaps a pre-dinner drink before sampling one of Cheltenham's many fine restaurants, all of which are an easy walking distance. All of the 9 guest bedrooms are ensuite, offering king, queen, single and twin sized beds as well as two family rooms.
A full english breakfast is included within the price and wireless broadband is available throughout the hotel, or for those who are not wireless enabled, a computer in the guest lounge offers free internet use. There is ample free car-parking and the hotel is conveniately situated within 15 metres from the nearest local bus route and a 5 minute taxi ride away from Cheltenham train station.

A brief bit of history....
Built in approximately 1897, this Victorian house originally began its days as a private home. It became a hotel in the 1980s when it was a popular restaurant with a few guestrooms. Since then it has had three previous owners who have all fallen in love with the hotels charm and character. The hotel continues to attract guests from all over the world and is proud to welcome back its many returning customers.
